Every now and then we entertain buying and eating meat from our farm. But, I'm still not comfortable with buying it at the grocery store...two articles in the past couple of days that I've stumbled across. Honest, I'm not looking for this!

I love the bio line for the NY Times guy:
"...author of “How to Cook Everything Vegetarian,” which was published last year. He is not a vegetarian."
Well no matter where you look, there will be an article about something bad for you. Beef is mans staple, at least in moderation. Veggies are good too! Keep remembering you were raised on meat and you don't seem to worse for the wear! Love ya!
